Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched or marked as “Shipped”, cancellations are not allowed.
To request cancellation, contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order or before dispatch confirmation.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for cancellations after dispatch.
For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Important Notes
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the product is packed or out for delivery.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after dispatch
Incorrect shipping address
Customer unavailable during delivery attempt
