Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery time may vary slightly based on product availability or external courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
For orders below ₹999:
Standard Shipping: ₹49
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A confirmation SMS/Email
A tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt 3 deliveries before marking the order as “Undeliverable”.
If undelivered, the product will be returned to us, and a refund (if eligible) will be processed excluding shipping & COD charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos at:
